These terms cover your use of CrowdPulse, the desktop software and this website, provided by JLM Hypermedia ("we"). By starting a trial or subscription you agree to them.

Your subscription

CrowdPulse is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription. New subscriptions start with a free trial. You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. After that, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Manage subscription, and CrowdPulse keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Refunds

Because every subscription starts with a free trial, payments are generally non-refundable. If something went wrong, such as a duplicate charge or the software not working on your computer, email cp@iamdjcp.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll make it right.

Your license

Your license key lets you use CrowdPulse on up to two computers at a time while your subscription or trial is active. Please don't share your key or try to get around the license check. Beta keys are free, are for testing, and can be ended at any time.

Your music and accounts

CrowdPulse runs on your computer and reads your music library; it does not edit, upload or share your files. You're responsible for having the right to use the music you play and the clean edits you make. Optional AI features use your own accounts with third parties (Anthropic, OpenAI and ElevenLabs), under those companies' terms and billing.

DJ software

CrowdPulse works alongside Serato DJ Pro and rekordbox. It is not made, endorsed or supported by Serato or AlphaTheta. Their names are trademarks of their owners.

No warranty

We work hard to make CrowdPulse reliable, but it is provided "as is". Always keep your own backups, and test your setup before a gig. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
